However, this is not your typical call center! Our Customer Communications Specialist needs to communicate effectively with customers, sales representatives, installers and co-workers, but unlike other call centers this isn’t just about taking phone calls. We balance an environment of not only taking calls, but working on account workflows off the phone. Candidates must solve problems with minimal direction and see solutions through to completion.
