Position Summary:

Technology is at the heart of how we get a leg up in the highly competitive solar industry. We are constantly building new products or integrating third-party software that improves the customer experience and makes our employees more effective at their jobs.

We are seeking a candidate that is self-motivated, resourceful, understands the value of documentation and standards, and really wants to learn. In addition to providing amazing customer service, the IT Service Analyst I will be assisting the team in resolving issues, fulfilling requests, and leveraging technology to support a rapidly growing organization.

Essential Duties:

  • Triage issues by asking questions to determine full scope of the problem.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software and networking issues, in collaboration with our technology vendors
  • Manage asset inventory for software and hardware
  • Respond/resolve end-user issues according to the SLA
  • Helps to identify ways to improve our current processes
  • Follow SOP to setup hardware and user accounts.
  • Participate in on-call and triage rotations

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Associates degree in a technical field or equivalent professional corporate experience in hardware/software troubleshooting
  • Strong written, verbal communication, and collaboration skills are a must
  • Must have basic knowledge of working within an ITIL service management platform, including asset management
  • Must have basic working knowledge of Azure AD
  • Must have basic working knowledge of Office 365 and the Modern Workplace.
  • Experience working with Windows and Macs

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Applicable industry certifications (MCP, MCSE, A+, HDI, etc.)

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. Regular periods of sitting or standing may be required by this position. In addition, this position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus.
